Overhang is operated by Nicolas Chourrout (sole proprietor). We can be reached at hello@flowful.ai.

Overhang is source-available software. This policy describes the hosted version we operate at overhang.flowful.ai. If you run your own copy of Overhang (self-hosting), you are the operator of that instance and responsible for any data it handles; this policy does not apply to instances we do not run.

Accounts are optional and off by default, so the first item only applies if sign-in is enabled on the instance you use:

• Account information (only when sign-in is enabled): email address and any details you add to your profile.
• Content you create: prompts you type, models we generate for you, and code shown in the editor.
• Basic usage data: timestamps, request counts, and error logs needed to operate the service.

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the service:

• OpenRouter receives your prompts to generate model code.
• Our cloud hosting provider runs the application servers and database.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

Project data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase it within 30 days.

You can export or delete your projects from inside the app at any time. To delete your entire account, email hello@flowful.ai. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR, and California residents under CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, and portability.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Overhang is not directed to children under 13.
